Most people wonder that when working for an online company or even orders. There is a lot of legal paper work that online businesses technically do not have to process, however; before we joined the internet we formed traditionally and still maintain many licenses of practice for a variety of jobs. We are also able to function as an Employer.
What Jobs are available?
The jobs we have coming up will be Sales Associate and L.D.M Expert. Both will require training and commission pay. Some Staff can work one, both, or promote to the other after training and getting comfortable with the company. We are designing Packages and Training Materials needed for our Team of employees. What type of Product will we sale? What Market?
IN LDM We are looking for high Sales and motivated employees.
We specialize in virtual storefronts and the internet market. The internet market alone, is a Multi Billion Dollar Market in itself. Most Businesses and Online workers forget this when sales are down. Each Business, product, service, and item; has a Target Market and Customer Group. Ours are: Health and Science, Fitness, Mind-Body-Soul, Psychic Science, Metaphysics, Educational, Distance Education, Holistic Health, Self Help, Spirituality, Yoga Fanatics, and so on. In Sales, you can sell just about anything, at any price and any place. We strongly believe in our Company and are seeking others to do the same before, during, and after training.
How are we paid? Hourly? Salary? Commission?
Every job will be paid based on Commission. We prefer Commission checks even for our President Team Employees. This helps us to pay you based on your efforts and hard work as Virtual, Home Based Employees. Whatever you put into your performance, you will reap the benefits for payday. You will be given a pay percent with each job description when we are done with our Job Preparation. We are working on different methods of payment for a Virtual Staff of team members. After formating the Payroll department, your check will be based on your time sheets, sales, percent paid per product or service done, and work load for that check period. You are in control of your schedule and shifts. You are free to work any time according to your life style.

Your Income Potential
Our products and storefronts do require excellent fun energy, drive, and sales appeal from our Sales Team. I love Sales and have witnessed the difference it makes for a potential purchase, neutral shopper, and confused client. Your income will be based on your Commission and can range from min. wage to middle class/standard of living and beyond. It is all based on your sales energy. Lets say you sale in our apparel store 5 to 10 products. Depending on the item that is $5 to 10.00 a item in commission for you/split with my commission after product fees, that totals an estimate of: $25.00 to $100.00 in one day, hour or week. It is up to you. For your Pay Day, your check can total more than that in a Time Sheet total. Some are paid only $700-$800 in fast food and retail stores a month. With this online job, you can benefit greater than the average. You will also have different commission for different stores (meaning even greater of a cut and commission). Must Be at least 18 years old and beyond, Any situation, College students, Home Moms, Those needing second incomes, and so on. Hiring for August 27-29th and beyond, non stop until we reach a 100 or more employees.
Are the Positions Full time? Part Time? Temporary? Seasonal?
As an Home Based, Virtual Employee; it is only fair to offer our positions as Flexible. They can be any shift and any work load. If you begin with Full time and start school, other employment, and any other situation; then you are free to reduce your load to Part Time. If you are in need of extra money; you are free to work Full time. This can only be seasonal, if you are on a leave of absence. We assume most will work year round. Leave of Absence information and form is available in our Resign Room. That is the only option for under 12 months leave time.
