Don't Worry, this is not a charge of any sort, this Room is about: The Commission You earn from Each Store and Product.
Our Original Idea was to have a Sales Manual for you to follow, However; due to the length and volume of our Store Products and Rooms; it is easier to have a base Fee Chart for each Store and Section. This will be ready by August 27th. We are doing editing for no errors and potential conflicts. Thanks for Visiting.

For Reference and Your Home Library: The Handbook will be published and given to all the first Week of Training By Download. The Print Copy is included in any package you chose for LDM Store Products.
Your Employee handbook Manual will review everything in our Site including this room. That is one manual still on schedule. We will have Fourteen Chapters for you to review. Information from our HR Payroll website, A Sales Chapter, and Form Examples.

One's Biggest fear for a Sales and Online Based Job; They won't get paid. Hey, we know about it. It takes Two as the saying goes. It takes our good selections and Stores, along with your Sales drive and training.
Our Products, Your Income, Your Income Potential
Job Position and Department: Sales Associate
Our products and storefronts do require excellent fun energy, drive, and sales appeal from our Sales Team. I love Sales and have witnessed the difference it makes for a potential purchase, neutral shopper, and confused client. Your income will be based on your Commission and can range from min. wage to middle class/standard of living and beyond. It is all based on your sales energy. Lets say you sale in our apparel store 5 to 10 products. Depending on the item that is $5 to 10.00 a item in commission for you/split with my commission after product fees, that totals an estimate of: $25.00 to $100.00 in one day, hour or week. It is up to you. For your Pay Day, your check can total more than that in a Time Sheet total. Some are paid only $700-$800 in fast food and retail stores a month. With this online job, you can benefit greater than the average. You will also have different commission for different stores (meaning even greater of a cut and commission). Must Be at least 18 years old and beyond, Any situation, College students, Home Moms, Those needing second incomes, and so on. Hiring for August 27-29th and beyond, non stop until we reach a 100 or more employees.

In your Employee Handbook Manual; We will be suggesting tools, forms, and methods that can be used to have a one on one, private sale with any customer or client. This takes Virtual Sales to another level. Legal and Real. We do good work, reputation and pioneering.
Realistically earn unlimited, middle class, income!
You see ads and news articles regarding the middle class slowly becoming extinct. There are many perceptions and ways of viewing this real problem. We can independently, choose to do our part in dreaming and creating. We are not losing the middle and main class in today’s society and economy. You are welcome to exceed expectations to upper class living, however; we do advise you take one step at a time. I do Welcome you to LDM; Here’s another way to stay afloat. It is time to create and be abundant again. We can overcome the current recession with Team Work. A combination of Sales, large and small can add up to a nice check in addition to your present income/savings/aid. Your work is valued and appreciated. We get all sorts of customers and clients, the variety is good but we always can use the additional staff and back up. The Online work can be an overload without our New Sales Team. Our Popularity is growing through many networks online and publishing. The Sales Team after your first month of review, study, and getting comfortable; will be a rescue to LDM, this frees the time of the Owner, President, Host, and Practitioner. My roles are many and we are organizing our duties and separating the jobs now. This begins the process of an Expanding Corporation.
