What to Expect for the Yoga and Dance Department
All New Potential Hires will enter your basic Job Application virtual paperwork and HR processing before the Interview. Interviews are also held via internet, however; will involve Yogin's entering their Video and Paper Resumes to LDM for review and approval during the application processing time. Interviews are done by request and the New Hires have 2 weeks for preparation. We encourage no stress or strain, we are a Mind, Body and Spirit Organization. We are expecting the following for both Yoga and Dance Below.
1. Both Yogins and Dancers will have to be qualified to teach virtual and in their local area.
2. Both must be familiar with Virtual work and online classroom teachings. Those with local area classroom experience can convert their methods, skills, and formats to the Internet life. Examples include understanding the basic social networks such as myspace, facebook, and twitter. Video Channel Profiles are helpful for your students and promotions including youtube, myspace, and similar. Video profiles can also be used as resume and proof of experience and job skills.
3. Paychecks will be paid by projects and commissions from LDM Students. The LDM Students will also be your one on one or virtual students all over the US and Online. There is no limit to the location, at all. Teachers will be working independently and under Love and Divinity In Motion (LDM)
4. Yogins and Dancers can and will need; to use their own work equipment, supplies, and uniforms such as; yoga mats, yoga props, video camera equipment, media software, computers, dancer bars and so on.
5. Yogins and Dancers can use their homes, studios, classrooms, and gyms for recording and virtual teaching tools. This can be a rental, long term lease, or ownership environment/work. Any Home recording and work operations must be presented in a professional format. It is good to be your own perfectionist or critic. Not too much, not too little. An even balance helps for all work assignments, especially those done at home. LDM works out of 2, soon 3 separate home offices (Metro Detroit near Redford Township, Westland Mall area/near Livonia, Ann Arbor-near UofM North Campus; Home Offices) with a membership to executive buildings, training rooms, conference rooms, video conferencing, Receptionist/Secretaries, Mail boxes, and so on near our Home Areas. Virtual Teachers and New Hires are free to resource the same type of environments for their classrooms and student body under LDM. There are also Yoga Studios in Ann Arbor, easy to assist Virtual Yoga Teachers.
6. Yoga styles can be fitness and those of the Meditation/Spiritual/Psychology styles. This will balance the Mind, Body, and Spirit Levels and C.A.M/Holistic Medicine for Clinical Yoga Therapy Teachers.
7. Primary Dance Styles can be Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, and Bellydance. Other integrations are allowed such as Ballet and Jazz. In the Board of Directors. I am an integration of Hip Hop and Bellydance and Laurel is Primary Bellydance and Jazz.

3. What is e-Learning: E-learning (or sometimes Electronic Learning or eLearning) is a term which is commonly used, but does not have a common definition[1]. Most frequently it seems to be used for web-based distance education, with no face-to-face interaction. However, also much broader definitions are common. For example, it may include all types of technology-enhanced learning (TEL), where technology is used to support the learning process. Although pedagogy is usually not part of the definition, some authors do include it. For example in this definition, where e-learning is said to be: "pedagogy empowered by digital technology" [2]. It is important to realize that the term e-learningis ambiguous. It is nearly impossible to define what it is, as it has different meanings to different people [3]. Lately in most Universities, e-learning is used to define a specific mode to attend a course or programmes of study where the students rarely or never meet face-to-face, nor access on-campus educational facilities, because they study online.
4. What is eCommerce (Electronic Commerce): Electronic Commerce, commonly known as (electronic marketing) e-commerce or eCommerce, consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. The amount of trade conducted electronically has grown extraordinarily with widespread Internet usage. The use of commerce is conducted in this way, spurring and drawing on innovations in electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web at least at some point in the transaction's lifecycle, although it can encompass a wider range of technologies such as e-mail as well.A large percentage of electronic commerce is conducted entirely electronically for virtual items such as access to premium content on a website, but most electronic commerce involves the transportation of physical items in some way. Online retailers are sometimes known as e-tailers and online retail is sometimes known as e-tail. Almost all big retailers have electronic commerce presence on the World Wide Web.
