*Internet Celebrity Assistances are the same or similar to Personal Assistances. This job will also be virtual based. All jobs are Home Office Based and NMW pay. Job and pay details are being formatted.

3. Staff Uniforms are optional and will be updated in our Apparel Shop, listed in our Podcast/Radio and Library Connector Website. Uniforms will range from $20.00 to under $100.00. These are needed for Clients and Students under our New Hires and Staff. You will work independently but represent LDM. Uniforms can be used when giving a video presentation, vodcast, one on one meeting, one on one class, and so on.

When you are processed, the Free and Fee Paid Trainees are all the same, no discrimination. Please state which one you are in submitting the application to us by email. As stated in the Handbook, Free Trainee Form, and other audios available; you will hear that you can change your mind during the training month to which to Fee Paid Trainee Status for supplies. If not, no worries; you can remain in your Free Department and enjoy the same benefits. For your pay schedule, please see our Free Trainee Room for the form.
Do you know that employers will check your SSN for information before they hire you. You may have this in your Subconscious mind after years of employment. However; Imagine not getting hired, over all education, experience, and your resume; based on your Pulled Information.
In Love and Divinity We use your SSN only for Payroll. Not to Fire you before you begin. Your SSN is needed for taxes and also earning/contributing to your Work Credit/Earnings Records in the Social Security Administration Department. Work Credits (my term, also Earning Records) help you to earn money for your Retirement. Some Seniors will work as long as possible, in some cases until their 80's or 90's. Those hitting 100 years old are the driven personalities, hard work ethic types, and those in fitness all of their lives. Only an example to show importance, I am 32 almost 33 years old and still earning my credits and records.
Note, Any Employee or Self Employed Individual, must file and keep track of their SSN contributions. "Under the table workers" can have some bad side effects later on. We are working on our payroll for updates.
If you are paid by R.M.E (see our Library Connector for the Basic RME information) you are still liable for filing "Independently" your tax information. Forms do vary and will be inserted, I learned this as an Employee myself and Virtual Freelance. Employer transformations are underway for LDM, the benefits of Freelance life.

Home Based or Virtual Employee Jobs are becoming more in demand, as a growing population of people and families are becoming laid off, fired, unemployed students, unemployed new graduates and so on. Imagine with the gas prices rising, this job title is becoming the best dream job for most households.
Home Based jobs may seem rare to some, or all scams to others, however; to a Virtual Merchant Business and Online Organization we always are in need of additional help to not burn out the CEO and President Department.

1. You will need to fill out all of the forms below and become a Club Member by registering for your job position. All other packages, again; are optional.
2. It is optional to include your resume and depends on the job and the content of your experience.
3. You also must include a copy of your Drivers License or State ID for the Employee Information Form. This can be scanned, copied, and included with your emailed paperwork. Any new forms will be added below to aid this process.
4. All forms are emailed back to LDM. Email is listed above in this room and others as well. Always include the proper subject title to avoid deletion by accident.
5. We will be working on Payroll options for your right away and during your training period. Training and more details will be presented in a Free PDF Download and Published Book in Our Storefront. We will include sample forms that are in our website and product sheet samples. Payroll will be taxed direct deposit, taxed paycheck by postal mail, or by a money exchange account.

As a Metaphysician Counselor, i know about the "what if" questions. Imagine also a person of many sales and job positions of the past for other employers, i know about the "what if" questions. I am now picturing these questions either conscious or subconscious. I am aware of the possible set backs and what ifs, based on my Sales experience, jobs i hated, and also intuition warnings and preparations in my field.
1. What if: This job is not for me, or i do not sale like i expected. My Training Fee will be a waste of money.
*We are formating your Training Package to be rewarding not only for your job success based on our experience and research, however; also based on your personal well being. You will have a collection of our Mind, Body, and Soul Awareness products and Business Supplies you can re-use for other purposes.
2. What if: My sales are too low. Is this typical?
* Your sales will be based on your commission, sales number, and personality. You must in addition to our products, have drive, motivations, and a high energy for the Sales Life. We are working on another job position where you can mix the two together; if your income is too low. This job may be perfect as a second income. If you are not working another job or want to leave your present job; then i can see one's concern. Do not worry, your company may take you to new levels that are beyond your expectations. As you work hard, we work hard. We love our company and what we stand for: Wellness, Holistic Health, Yoga, Fitness, Alternative Medicine, Mind, Body, and Soul Healing.
What if....
3. What if: I am planning a family eventually (or have a family already) and would like to know if you plan to have any benefits available for your staff. What if, i get into this position successful, but; later on i will resent not having benefits. I would feel stuck and have to work too many jobs to cope.
* Once you are established and working your job for a long period of time. We will have a flow of more products, more positions, and more levels of advancement. What does this mean for you? Our President team before we decide to have a Sales and Expert Staff; was planning Medical Benefits for 2009. We are looking into Major Companies to cover us like Blue Cross, Blue Shield and some others listed for Small Business Organizations. This will be a major addition also for our New Employees. We will have this information updated in a New Edition Staff book and/or Company Memo at that time. The HR Department will be up to date and adding individuals to coverage. We will require people be listed with our company for a least 12 months= 1 year to sign up for benefits. We will look into others like Dental and Visual. This is automatic for Growing Businesses. The process takes time, but is natural for everyone's wellness. The staff is always taking care of for short and long term.
