The State law excludes from coverage any employment that is subject to the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act unless the State wage rate is higher than the Federal.
Michigan vs National Wage
Some of you will begin to compare the two together, which pays more the Michigan or National Wage? I do believe it depends on your hours and the LDM project. We will be designing pay examples for our Dance and Yoga Fitness Teachers and new charts for our Sales team *from 2008. This will help our our New Hires and Trainees a lot better and you will feel secure in your skills and abilities to generate income in what you love and are trained in. If you are experienced in your job, you will not doubt yourself or your paycheck earnings. Forms will be distributed to our Staff website here and our Campus Bookstore in LULU. For National Wage paychecks, the Split is 50/50.
The Michigan Employees of LDM
We are building the Virtual Team of Employees first. We only have our Board of Directors (BOD) also the President Team, listed in the local area of michigan. The Board are paid by Salary, Commission, or Volunteer Work. They are also Contracted and listed independently depending on the projects. They will be having their Yearly Bonuses coming up according to their anniversary hire/election term. This will be listed in the Yearly Bonus Room. We do not hire for the B.O.D. This department of LDM is based on Private Election only. They do free volunteer work, a credit/exchange system, and paid commissions. Example: Our (Sr VP) Senior Vice President Worked on Commissions Winter term 2008 for our Online Supply orders and Computer Repair.
