Understanding the National Minimum Wage

Facts to know and Understand:

Research Date: March 20th, 2009

1. All Home Based and Virtual workers should be paid the National Minimum Wage, including output workers (often called ‘piece workers’). If, for example; you are paid for the number of tasks and jobs you make or projects or assignments you do.

2. This information is very commonly used with most Home Businesses and Virtual Employers. The terms and concepts may be rarely used due to Businesses dublicating other Businesses, or Employees not having any training or background into the Wage structure. This knowledge is usually not needed or required by anyone to begin work or keep a Home Based Job. Without research, LDM would never had known the difference. We are happy to share this new found information with you as our fans, network, friends, Guest Students, and Future Grad. Hires to be. This is A new awareness and awakening for many. This is why hackers and scam artists can really ruin or damage the legal and legit virtual business systems, by the general public; not being training in the basics to begin with. Makes sense? We will explain more below. The pieces will fall into place and everything should make sense to you. Some of you are Intermeditate to Advance in Internet employment or freelance virtual work, while others; are brand new and use to your state to state local wage.

3. In the Output worker or Piece Worker format, the Virtual or Distance employer must choose between paying their employees by:

1. the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for every hour you work a ‘fair’ piece rate for each piece produced

2. or project, tasks, assignment performed.

4. Other countries have already began adapting to the National Minimum Wage and so has America for Home Workers. We are doing all we can to fullly understand and research this concept. The main information we need, is how to pay Home Workers and Virtual Staff Commission and what exactly works best for Love and Divinity In Motion (LDM). So far, we do feel the project, tasks, and assignment payment works well with less complications. This will involve Home Workers to work independently under LDM as their Employer, while spitting commission between themselves and LDM. This format has been displayed already in the Company job functions. We will keep this room up to date and hire this spring/April 2009.
