2. Are you having a hard time lately, stressed?
3. Do you like the topics of Wellness, health, Fitness, Yoga, or Therapy?
4. As a Sales Associate, Are you OK with promotion?
5. When you wake up in the morning, do you appreciate your job or do you dread your job?
6. Do you feel like something is missing in your daily work routine?
7. Do you have dreams, goals, or activities incomplete that you would like to pursue?
8. Are you tired all the time and need a break?
9. Are you having personal issues or situations conflicting with your job?
10. Are you having money issues and are concerned about your bills and debt?

*If you answered any question above that relates to a resignation in any way; you will need the following suggestions to help solve your problem:

1. A vacation. (See Handbook)
2. A leave of absence.
3. To reduce or increase your sales or work schedule.
4. You may need to return to school life or try new things, while working your position to fill a void in your life.
5. A email counseling session with the President for suggestions. (You are not a client, no fees)
6. If no resolution; resignation is required

Resignation Instructions

I remember the days of High School, College, Working two jobs, three jobs, carrying a heavy load, finding new employment, getting burned out, and so on. We are comfortable with the concept of Resignation, i find Resignation is better than being fired. Therefore; if you have the need to resign, please give us two or more weeks in advance by E-letter. We have enclosed some examples below pre-made. If you have any concerns, issues, or problems with your job then i encourage employees to discuss this with the President and Supervisor of LDM in advance by contacting us. This can be done by voicemail or email (See also the contact page or your file information) I best interest is you and keeping you on the team as long as possible. Love and Divinity In Motion's goal is to maintain a low turn over rate for employee resignation. We know it can or will happen but it does not need to be in high volumes due to our performance. We do accept this reality, if due to your life changes or life situation.~Dr Leslie Moore, President and Supervisor

Leave of Absence Instructions

You will find this also in your pre-made letter below.
 
Your leave can be anything less than a year (12 months) If you feel you are going to exceed a year, you may consider resignation instead. The benefits of resignation are: You can return due to your leave on good terms.
A Leave can be for any reason: Family, College, Children, Pregnancy, and so on. Also; by being a Home Based Employee, You are in charge of your schedule. You may want to reduce your load; before considering a leave of absence. Once you have done this; the decision will be clearer. The Leave will serve only for non-board members. The Concept in the Board, means "Inactive" This is used often and depends on the VP.

Retirement Options?

(There are many types of Retirement Pensions. We could offer a combination of split contribution or defined benefit plans)

*A Retirement package will be a consideration for those that have been with the company over 20-30 years. This will include benefits and Money reward of pension. A rare option for the average business, however; much needed in today's world. We plan to have more working capital and accounting assets to plan this event.


To be, "let Go" or "Fired"

To be let go or fired, occurs when the rules and policies are broken and there are inresolved issues or frequent problems in any department. This applies to both the Board of Directors and Non Board/New Hires. We have not yet; fired or let go of an employee or board member. We prefer you take a leave or inactive break before things become that heated or hot tempered in status. No misunderstandings, being inactive or on a leave of absense serves many purposes, this is only a small piece. If there are any new policies to the inactive or leave of absense status, we will post and publish memos, blogs, club documents, and club news. The Inactive status thus far is unlimited.

Is the CEO ever Inactive or Leave of Absence??

If the CEO ever becomes Inactive or takes a leave of absence both, it will be announced to all staff and the active Board of Directors. At the moment, the only leave will be mini and short term vacations. These are usually for a weekend to 7 days in former years.
